As a Tenant you will deal with any issues in your unit with your landlord, the Corporation, by law, can only deal with the owner of a unit, not the tenant.  

This is a NO PET and NO SMOKING  building.  There is no smoking or vaping of any substance in the building, units, balconies/patios, common areas or with 9m (28') of the building and both are strictly enforced.

You have to fill in the following form before you move-in, failure to provide this form will delay your move-in as the owner cannot reserve the elevator for you.
